Tokyo Zokei Bijitsu Ltd. properly handles individual information and attempts to protect the individual information. Our company considers that it is highly important social obligation. To fulfill this obligation, individual information is appropriately taken care of according to the following policies.
- Tokyo Zokei Bijitsu observes the law that provides handling of individual information and guideline of related ministries.
- The individual information we acquire and use is complied with legal and fair procedure. We will use the acquired information within the necessary range so that we can manage our business appropriately and smoothly.
- We will take necessary measures to avoid leakage, loss, damage or unlawful computer access of the individual information in order to assure security and accuracy. We also endeavor to keep the individual information to be accurate and updated within the range so that we can achieve our purpose.
- We will not disclose or give out the individual information to anyone except we have his/her agreement or approval to disclose by law.
- We will take action to disclose or revise the individual information when we confirm his/her request. However, there is a case in which we cannot disclose the individual information when third party’s life, body and property are endangered. We can also take action to revise and delete the individual information within the necessary range in business management when the individual information we hold is different based on his/her offer.
- Our company will give company training to the director, the employee, and the non-regular employee to observe the established law about the handling of individual information and the guideline of related ministries.
- Our company reviews the above-mentioned approach if necessary for the improvement along with the revision of the law.
